The unique conceptions of a Nation of Sri Aurobindo are briefly explained in this video talk. Nation means “Nation-Soul”, according to Sri Aurobindo; therefore, on should not confuse it with national ego, which is a perversion. Unity and uniformity have to be differentiated. Eternal Hinduism is the true nationalism of Indians; Sri Aurobindo has declared. Its preservation and growth are the moral responsibility of every Indian. A grown-up man has always to keep “individual-nation-humanity” – the trinity conception – in all his thoughts, he has taught.
