This book contains five critical essays of Sri Aurobindonian thought. The title essay contains the fine differentiation between Self (Atman), Inmost Being (Psychic being), Soul at cosmic level (Jivatma) and God (Supreme Self). Other important essays are “Did Sri Aurobindo had any Guru?” and “Who is this Mother?” The last essay deals with the fundamental credo of Hinduism as given by Sri Aurobindo.
